SCLT4 and SCLT6 Series Mechatronics Cylinder Low-Cost Rodless Servo Actuators

Finally an affordable programmable electric actuator!

The SCLT4 and SCLT6 series of Dyadic's Mechatronics Cylinder line combines low-cost servo control with a recirculating ball guide mechanism to carry medium payloads to the positions you need. This blend of low-cost and high performance could only have been realized by the advanced technology of Dyadic Systems. These new product concepts give engineers a wider range of options to eliminate over-design.

Both actuators use the precision profile rail as their backbone, which maximizes the width of the rail that can fit in the actuator. SCLT4 rodless actuators are more compact and come with the controller built in, while SCLT6 rodless actuators are built for heavier loads and longer strokes. Both series are available in a range of stroke lengths and are constructed using an extruded aluminum body with a stainless cover strip. Actuators can easily be operated via 24VDC signals from PLCs or relays, and can be connected in networks of up to 16 axes.
