Dyadic servo actuators are programmed using engineering units (not pulses or steps) and last for at least 400 million inches of travel! The shafts are non-rotating and many accessories are available for easy mounting. Low power mode is standard and no servo tuning is required. Most models will hold position or lock when power is off so there is no need to waste power or money on a brake. 24 and 48V options are available and we have hundreds of actuators in stock. Dissipate Static Electricity from your AGV or AMR without Grounding!
TRINC’s AGV Ionizers collect excess charge from the frame of your vehicle and dissipate it into the air. No grounding necessary! Eliminate floor maintenance, shocks, and burnt electronics with a one-time solution. For smaller vehicles one ionizer is often enough. For larger vehicles (or vehicles with separate frame structures) multiple ionizers can work together. Models for 12 and 24V power are available, and power consumption is only 1.5 watts. These ionizers use strong DC ion fields to dissipate static without the needs for compressed air, and service life is 50,000 hours or longer.
