MDCS Actuators provide superior power and fast acceleration. The MDCS series of heavy-duty servo actuators have set the industry standard in force, speed, stroke, and responsiveness. Mirai Inter-Tech’s specialty kits come with varying actuator quantities so that you can choose from higher flexibility or lower cost. The PC controller is made for integration into over 80 simulator friendly games such as NFS No Limits, Assetto Corsa and includes an API to allow custom applications.
Please note, simulator software and games are not included with our simulator kits and can be purchased or downloaded separately from the software developer websites.
MDCS-F actuators are made for floor contact for cost-effective implementation and integration with an existing frame or furniture. These actuators can lift a chair, couch or even a heavy simulator easily so that you can have pitch, roll, and true heave (depending on configuration).
MDCS-S actuators include spherical bearings at each end of the actuator so that you can mount to a separately supported seat or frame. These actuators can be used to build 6 DOF platforms such as a Hexapod or Stewart Platform, and are also a great option to add flexibility to a platform running with MDCS-F actuators (for example, for traction loss).

What’s In The Box?
When you buy an MDCS Motion Kit you get all the pieces you need to move your simulator. The kit includes heavy-duty servo actuators, a PC controller, a multi-axis servo controller, heavy-duty U brackets, a brake resistor, and all cables required. This is suitable for adding motion to a fixed simulator frame, and will give you pitch, heave, and roll. Below you can see a photo of the contents of a 3-axis kit.

I Get It – The Kit is Awesome, But What Do I Do With It?
Great question! We built our test platform using the P1 frame and it was super easy. However, other people already have a different chassis and they sometimes create a new platform to sit underneath it. If you choose this type of option the new platform should be sturdy – but various options are possible including wood construction.
But don’t forget! You can also mix and match our hard mounted and spherical bearing actuators in any configuration you want. This means you can build a sim with all kinds of motions – pitch, roll, heave, surge, sway, yaw, and even sub-motions within the chassis.
