About TRINC Anti-Static Ionizer
TRINC is an anti-static ionizer that can create a large amount of negative and positive ions from one electrode using little voltage. TRINC redesigned the way ions are produced by using their DC Corona discharging method. Common anti-static devices will produce ions with AC discharge; however, this method is dependant to an external power source to distribute the ions (i.e. an air blower). TRINC technology on the other hand, uses the ions distinct property (repulsion of opposite charge and attraction of like charge) to evenly disperse the ions to a wide and distant area. This method eliminates static charges on a target and also discharges any dust surrounding the object. By focusing on creating a static free space, you can get rid of static and also reduce many defects that are related to dust.
TAS-321/TAS-322 Series Overview
Static electricity and foreign materials related problems are easily solveable with the introduction of this TRINC series. The TAS-321/TAS-322 series allows users to reap all of the same benefits from the technology of the TAS-311/TAS-312 series, but with hightened accuracy. The TAS-321 model offers higher ion intensity for applications where the ionization needs to be more strongly targeted towards one specific area. The TAS-322 model offers a much wider range of ionization, for applications where a bigger area is in need of neutralization.
Features
i. Due to the fact that no airflow is needed for ionization, problems with dust particles are greatly reduced since they are not being disturbed by wind.
ii. As with all TRINC products, this series is very easy to clean. (Contains one-touch needle cleaning function.)
iii. Ion sensors keep the ion balance steady unlike conventional pulse-type ionizers.
iv. The ion discharge can be turned on and off via a remote controll which greatly increases production efficiency.
v. It is capable of sending out error signals when needles are worn out or have foreign materials adhering to them which leads to less down-time for the ionizer and easier maintenance.
